What you will need:
-Hot wing sauce and butter
-Bag of wings
-Battering mixture: flour, seasoning salt, cayenne
-oil for frying
1. Defrost the wings. While they are still really wet, dip them in the flour mixture and fry em up! (Flour, seasoning salt, and a dash of cayenne). *This is what really sets apart these wings from other recipes!*
2. While your wings are frying, pour in some of your hot wing sauce and butter into a sauce pan. Cook on low. Then toss your wings in the sauce in a separate bowl.
3. Enjoy!
I LOVE myself some chicken wings. I look forward to the Superbowl every year because my FIL makes the best ever! I guess I'll have to give this recipe a try to see how they measure up. :) Thanks ladies.
