What you will need:
-shredded chicken (seasoned)
-corn tortillas
-oil
-shredded lettuce, cheese, hot sauce (topping)
1. Cook your chicken with garlic salt (or fresh garlic) in a crockpot for about five hours or until it falls apart easily. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper.
2. Cook corn tortillas in bit of oil for about 3 seconds on each side (don't let them get crispy yet).
3. Fill corn tortillas with chicken, roll up and put a toothpick through each one to hold it all together.
4. Heat about an inch of oil in a skillet on medium heat and cook tacos until crispy. You will have to flip them once to get both sides crunchy.
5. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and hot sauce. ENJOY!
Those sound goooooood!
