Eagle T-shirts

Are you all getting ready for the 4th of July?  We love celebrating it at our house, and this year we started our new tradition, which is making a t-shirt to celebrate every year!

I saw this tutorial in this month's Family Fun Magazine, and I just had to try it.  If you have little ones in your home, let me tell you, Family Fun Magazine is the best thing to have around!  They did not even pay me to say this, I just really love their magazine and all the cute projects!
DHusband and DDaughter excited to paint some t-shirts.

Such a tiny little hand to paint. :)

DDaughter helps Mommy by painting my hand.  Good job sweetie pie!
(Dude, my house is such a mess ... Like yours isn't! =P)

Finished project!  Don't you love our eagle shirts?  Check out that tutorial, there's still time to make your own!  (I'll come back later and post a picture of the family in their shirts... the shirts are still drying as we speak!)

Have a wonderful weekend!

  2. I, too, enjoy that publication. I'm so glad you tried these so I can live vicariously through you! We didn't have time to round up the supplies and whanot so instead made the cone wreath thingy. Your shirts turned out really cute, by the way.
